Problems with Call RoutingEdit
I've run into an issue where the call was already routed without going through the drop down in the Finish tab and had to go back into the database to change the Status of the call so that the call could be properly routed.
To do this you'll need the following script:
UPDATE Call SET Status = 1 WHERE CallId = ####;
Alternatively it can be done using the following script:
UPDATE [dbo].[Call] SET [Status] = 1 WHERE [Call].CallId = ####
